I am the owner of two properties, one in Toongabbie and other in Ropes Crossing. SPR team are managing both. It’s been more than an year and it’s been an amazing experience. The management team is quick, responsive and very approachable. It’s a good team and all issues are addressed very promptly.
They have a very good database and my property was rented very promptly. The inspections are regular to make sure tenants are maintaining the properties well.
The principal, Savan remains constantly in touch and keeps asking for my feedback from time to time.
